The important direction of state policy in the field of higher professional education for the government is the expansion of international collaboration between higher educational institutions, international universities, scientific research, and educational institutions in the country. In light of the policy accepted by the state and the government, the Tajik State University of Commerce (TSUC) has established mutually beneficial cooperation in the framework of European projects, specifically with Erasmus+ KA2. In the framework of Erasmus+KA2, TSUC implements MIETC (Development of a Master Program in the Management of Industrial Entrepreneurship for Transition Countries), which targets countries whose economies are in a transition period.

The main purpose of the project is the development and implementation of a master's program in the field of industrial entrepreneurship management at partner universities in the Republic of Tajikistan, the Republic of Kazakhstan, and the Republic of Turkmenistan. The representatives of universities and educational centers in Spain, Italy, and Slovenia cooperate with them.

On March 20 to March 28, 2023, at the University of Degli Studi di Napoli Federico II, within the framework of this project, the faculty and staff of the university, led by the rector of the university, Dr. Khayrullo Nazarzoda, went to the Republic of Italy to participate in the training seminar as well as the meeting of the project leaders. The rector of the university made a friendly speech, mentioned the strengthening of cooperation between TSUC and partner universities, and gave valuable advice for their further expansion in the future.
