At the meeting of the Academic Council of Tajik state University of Commerce, held on 28 October 2020, the University rector, doctor of economic Sciences, Professor Khamidullokhon Fockers tabled a suggestion that they social support for all faculty and staff on the eve of the 29th anniversary of the Constitution of the Republic of Tajikistan and the President of the Republic of Tajikistan.

Members of the Academic Council concluded that the proposal of the rector of the University to provide one-time social assistance to all faculty and staff based on the instruction of the Leader of nation, President Emomali Rahmon, in the amount of 700 TJS, families, teachers and staff who died in the current year in the amount of 600 somoni and 17 former faculty and staff of the University, retired, the University will provide one-time assistance in the amount of 300 somoni.
