On October 2, 2020, at the initiative of the teachers of the Tajik language of the Department of Languages ​​and the Lyceum of the University, a scientific and theoretical seminar dedicated to the Day of the State Language was held, which was attended by the representative of the Committee on Language and Terminology under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan S. Abrorova, Head of the Department of Education and Personality Development of the University Akramov FM, teachers, students and graduates of the Lyceum.

The seminar was opened by Akramov F.M. and gave the floor to S. Abrorova. The guest of the event congratulated those present on the Day of the State Language and called on the youth to preserve the identity of their native language.

Then Associate Professor of the Department of Languages ​​Nodiri S.Kh. made a report on the topic: "Zabon dar daҳon, hey hiradmand is clean?", briefly spoke about the history of the Tajik language and the contribution of prominent personalities of Tajikistan for the preservation of its greatness and originality.

Associate professor of the department Abdulazizova spoke on the topic: "Usmon Karim and his role in the evolution of the Tajik language and literature" and highly appreciated the role of Professor Usmon Karim in the development and improvement of the Tajik language and teaching young linguists and literary scholars.

At the seminar, students of the Faculty of International Economic Relations and Law and Lyceum students recited poems in honor of the native Tajik language, Motherland and the World.

At the end of the seminar, Akramov F.M. thanked the representative of the Committee on Language and Terminology under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan Abrorova S. and the organizers of the event for informative speeches and an interesting program.
