In the modern world, one of the main obstacles to the successful implementation of human rights and freedom is corruption. This undermines national growth, economic development and social well-being, undermines public confidence in the state, deprives children of hope for the future and deprives the poor of the benefits they deserve. Therefore, the government is taking urgent measures to eradicate this undesirable phenomenon and prevent it.

At the Academic Council of the Tajik State University of Commerce, they discussed the Methodology of the procedure and methodology for analyzing activities (corruption risks) adopted by the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan on October 28, 2016 No. 465.

Head of the Department of Commercial Law of the University, candidate of law, associate professor N. Kudratov proposed creating a working group whose obligations will include explanatory work on the prevention of corruption offenses at the university. It was also suggested that articles on anti-corruption to be published in the “ Tojir”  University newspaper and on the university website. The members of the Academic Council of the University unanimously supported the initiative of the head of the department N. Kudratov
