On June 2nd and 3rd of 2017V International Scientific and Practical Conference "Tajikistan and the Modern World: Actual Problems of Innovative Economy Development", dedicated to the Year of Youth and the 20th Anniversary of the National Reconciliation Day of the Republic of Tajikistan took place at the Tajik State University of Commerce.

At the plenary session the rector of TSUC, Doctor of Economic Sciences, Professor Faqerov H.N., made a welcoming speech to the participants of the conference, noted the importance of this conference in the discussion of actual problems of the development of innovation economy and higher education. In his video address the rector of the Belarusian Trade and Economic University of Consumer Cooperatives, Doctor of Economic Sciences, Professor Lebedeva S.N., congratulated the participants on the opening of the conference, noted the friendly and fruitful long-term cooperation between TSUC and BTEU. Moreover, Professor Lebedeva wished successes to the conference and good health to the staff of the university as well as high achievements in research and development.

The rector of the Siberian University of Cooperation, Doctor of Economics Science, Professor Stepanov V.V., on the topic: "Agricultural cooperation and other cooperative forms of labor organization - as the basis for the effective development of rural areas";

The Candidate of Economic Sciences, Associate Professor of the Department of Economics and Business Organization of the TSUC Sanginov N.S., on the topic: "Entry into the world educational space is not yet a sign of competitiveness";

The vice-rector for science of the Kazan Institute of Russian University of Cooperation, Candidate of Economic Sciences, Associate Professor Valeeva U.S., on the topic: "Optimizing the working time of the administrative and managerial personnel of the retail trade network";

Ph.D., Associate Professor of the Philosophy Department of TSUC Humorov D. on the topic "National Accord - the Basis of Unity of the Nation".

   The plenary session ended with a discussion of the conference participants.
