One of the leading partner institution of Tajik State University of Commerce is Karaganda Economic University,- KEU, Kazakhstan. KEU is a leading economic higher education institution among Kazakhstan HEIs and has presented itself as an  innovative university.  

Karaganda Economic University of Kazpotrebsoyuz has been established in 1966 as an Institute of Consumer Cooperatives, and in 1997 since the state accreditation has been renamed into Karaganda Economic University of Kazpotrebsoyuz In 20016 KEU has celebrated 50 years of establishment. 

On this occasion from 13^th to 17^th of October series of events have been organized in nKaraganda.  In a seminar on actual problems of economics and education  were participated and presented their papers scientists from the economic structures of the Government of Kazakhstan, guests from Universities of Central Asia, CIS countries and Europe. The most important papers were presented by the leading research institutions of Russian Federation like Moscow State University after the name of Lomonosov, Economic University after the name of Plekhanov and the Financial University under the Government of Russia.    

Tajik State University in these events has been presented by PhD in Economics and Management, Associate Professor, Head of the Department of Economics and Business Mr Ismatullo Ubaydovich Ismatulloev. New partner institution for cooperation has been found and contacts with Universities of Consumer Cooperatives of Kazakhstan and Russia were strengthened during this visit.
