On October 24-25, 2014 at Tajik State University of Commerce was held a regular national meeting in the framework of TuCAHEA project of Tempus Program.

At the meeting took part local representatives from universities, in particular, Tajik Agrarian University named after Shirinsho Shotemur, Tajik State Medical University named after Abuali ibn Sina (Avicenna), Tajik Technological University, Kulob State University named after Abuabdulloh Rudaki, a branch of Moscow State University named after M.V. Lomonosov (Lomonosov Moscow State University (MSU) in Dushanbe.

Under supervision of the Higher Education Expert Tuning, Mrs Margaret Shermutski (Germany) participants completed matrix of competencies in the following areas:
