On October 06, 2021, the Tajik State University of Commerce hosted a republican scientific and practical seminar on "Actual problems of economic theory", which was attended by teachers of the Department of Economic Theory of the university and other institutions of higher professional education of the country.

During the scientific and practical seminar, topical issues of the development of the science of economic theory, the place of economic theory in the process of changes in educational programs, the involvement of public and private sector specialists in the implementation of theoretical ideas in practice and the role of scientific economic theory in the formation of professional competencies of future specialists were discussed.

Professor Isomatov B. I., associate professors Yunusova M. M., Tuichikulov Z. J. and Abduvaliev M. H. spoke on the development of economic theory.

The discussion of the seminar was attended by the head of the Department of Economic Theory of the Tajik Agrarian University Kabirov S., the head of the Department of Economic Theory of the Tajik State Pedagogical University Amakov I. B. and Associate Professor Ayubov D. M. The

speakers and participants of the seminar presented their recommendations and suggestions for the further development of economic theory, improving the program, quality and content of the textbook on the subject of economic theory.
