On October 4 and 5, 2019 at the International University of Kazakhstan and Turkey named after Haji Ahmad Yasawi in Turkestan, the Republic of Kazakhstan, the 3rd International Forum on the Quality Assurance in Education where Prof. Mirzoev R. has been presented the Tajik State University of Commerce.

On the first day of the meeting, the head of E-Learning Center Prof. Mirzoev R. made a speech in Section 1 that was entitled on the “International experience of education quality”.

The second day of the meeting entitled on the "Strategic Management of Higher Education in the Academic and Internationalization of Education" where Prof. Mirzoev R. made a presentation on the theme of the "Academic Freedom of Higher Education Institutions" based on the Tajik State University of Commerce experiences.
