On October 2, 2019, at the Dissertation Hall of the University with the efforts of teachers of the Department of Languages devoted the 10th Anniversary of adoption of the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "On the state language of the Republic of Tajikistan".

The scientific seminar started with a welcoming speech by the Vice-rector for education Prof. Akramov F.M. He expressed on the link between language and thought in the theme 'Bright thinking leads the action'.

Further, Prof. Gurezov J. has expressed on the subject of "The Tajik language in the Samanid covenant" where the next speech has put into the word Prof. Abdulazizova on the theme "Some of the most important problems in the recognition of Usman Karim".

Moreover, the fresh students of the Faculty of International Economic Relations and Law Asoeva Z, Nabieva M, Safarzoda J., Elmurodov M., and others recited poems in the poetic language of motherhood.
